Landscape Crew Leader
3 to 5 years of quality experience in pruning, planting, mulching, must have valid driver’s license and proven track record. $18-$20 per hour with salary review after 90 days. Immediate full-time and permanent position. Position pays an additional $1.00 per hour for Registered Tech with VDACS. Must be able to follow precise directions and manage crew efficiently. Mowing Crew Leader
1-3 years of quality experience in commercial mowing. Must be able to operate walk-behind mowers, Zero-turn mowers, weed-eaters, etc. Must have valid driver’s license and proven track record. $16-$18 per hour with salary review after 90 days. Immediate full-time and permanent position. Position pays an additional $1.00 per hour for Registered Tech with VDACS. Must be able to follow precise directions and manage crew efficiently. Drainage Crew Leader
Experience in measuring and taking grades; operating excavators, skid steers, tractors, etc. Valid driver’s license a must. Must be a self-starter and be able to work with limited supervision. Able to follow precise directions and manage crew efficiently. Pay range of $20 – $25 per hour. Apply here.
Landscape Laborer
1-3 years experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation and be flexible to work with various crews. More money available with valid driver’s license or Registered Tech license. Must be able to mow, prune, mulch, weed-eat, etc. Position pays $14 – $16 per hour commensurate with experience. Apply here.
